Returns & Refunds

At Delica Parts Brisbane we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your options for returns and refunds and works alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. These rights apply regardless of the time limits below.

Change-of-mind returns (14 days)

If you change your mind, you may return an eligible item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging;
  • you can provide your original tax invoice or order number as proof of purchase; and
  • the item is not one of the exclusions listed below.

For change-of-mind returns, the original and return shipping costs are not refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to some items. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Exclusions

For safety and quality reasons, the following generally cannot be returned for change of mind: electrical components (ECUs, sensors, switches), special-order or custom-sourced parts, and used or second-hand parts – unless they are faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or we have sent the wrong part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage where the fault is ours.
