1. Secure Payment Methods

We offer two reliable methods of payment to ensure your financial transactions are safe and efficient.

Option A: Payment via PayPal (The Hub)

All of our online credit, debit, and account payments are processed securely through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from us.

  • Using Visa / Mastercard: PayPal allows customers to check out securely using a Visa or Mastercard without creating or connecting a bank account to PayPal. It is an efficient, effective, and secure service used by millions of businesses worldwide.

  • Using a PayPal Account: Customers who prefer can use their existing PayPal account linked directly to their bank account or digital wallet. This is a tried-and-true, industry-standard method.

Option B: Payment via Funds Transfer (Direct Deposit)

Customers can elect to pay via Direct Bank / Funds Transfer. The process is as follows:

  1. You select "Funds Transfer" at checkout, and we issue an invoice with our bank account details.

  2. You transfer the total amount via your online banking, quoting our invoice or reference number in the transaction description.

  3. Once the funds have successfully cleared into our account, we will pack and deliver your goods.

2. Orders and Pricing

  • Accuracy: All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without notice.

  • Availability: While we do our best to maintain accurate stock levels, certain Mitsubishi Delica parts can be rare or subject to supply constraints. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if a product was listed with an incorrect price or description due to a typographical error.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched once full payment has been cleared (immediately for PayPal; usually 1–3 business days for Funds Transfer).

  • Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • Shipping Issues: While we use trusted freight and courier partners to ship parts Australia-wide, delivery times are estimates only. Delica Parts Brisbane is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • Incorrect Choice: Please ensure you are buying the correct part for your specific Delica model (Chamonix, Jasper, Space Gear, D5, etc.). Returns for change-of-mind or incorrect ordering may be subject to a restocking fee, and return freight costs will be at the buyer's expense.

  • Part Fitment: Many mechanical and electrical parts require professional installation. Warranty claims may be voided if damage is caused by incorrect or amateur fitment.

5. Intellectual Property and Website Use

  • Content Ownership: All content on www.delicapartsbrisbane.com.au, including text, logos, graphics, and product images, is the property of Delica Parts Brisbane and is protected by Australian copyright laws.
